Pros
- money is decent - people are mostly very helpful and nice
Cons
- very bad work-life balance. You're required to live that job and nothing else. - company rules apply only to some, depending how much the management likes them. The company rules can also change without earlier consultation with the workers. - there is no "challenging the status quo". If you ask questions, you're marked as a troublemaker. - at times unpleasant, toxic atmosphere and feedback sessions that are meant to scare and make you feel inferior, rather than motivate, f.eg. after a month in, repeatedly saying things like, I quote: "We were doing fine before you came here" or "you better focus on your KPI's, this is not your business" - have no problem firing people just because a project failed and they haven't thought of a new one. Not recommended if you want a long-term position. - the hierarchy is not flat at all. - basically a corporation posing as a startup.
