Pros
-very flexible in terms of where you can work from, as long as you get the job done -also flexible with PTO, which is great because they don't pay extra time but they will give you time off
Cons
-its closing.....:( -it lost its spark, the company started as a collaborative space with good designers and developers part everything fell apart, because the administration didn't know how to handle processes and tough clients.
