- They have good values and diversity - Strive for employee wellness
Cons
- Terrible management. They laid off a significant number of hard-working employees without valid reasons. - Because they are a startup company, everything felt disorganized and did not seem like they knew what they were doing. - As a startup, they lacked direction and leadership. - Despite promises of growth and opportunity, the company failed to provide adequate resources and support for employees to succeed in their roles. This led to frustration and limited career advancement opportunities.

Overall, I was really happy with my internship at wellyou. During my internship, I learned what it means to work at a start-up. You get a lot of responsibilities early on, you become very independent and you learn how to juggle various different tasks simultaneously. While this was difficult at first, it gave me the opportunitiy to grow, expand my field of expertise and explore new areas of interest. wellyou is a place where you get to put theory into practice, evolve personally and challenge yourself. I am very happy to have been on this journey, and I can definitely say that it been a pleasure to work with the team. As many others have mentioned, the interns working at wellyou are absolutely lovely. AA definitely have an eye for hiring kind, hardworking and helpful interns!
Cons
While I was very happy with my internship at wellyou, there were of course some things that could be improved. Most notably, I would love to have had more personal feedback.
