      Surprisingly stressful place to work

      Pros

      They provide fabulous cooked lunches. Nice casual atmosphere, no dress code etc. Surrounded by pics of hot girls in tiny bikinis. Many of the staff members are very bubbly and friendly. Best of all - Awesome location - Byron Bay!

      Cons

      Somehow upper management are able to turn running a tiny bikini company into a constantly stressful affair. Since Peter stepped aside they're unable to make any solid decisions and follow through. Upper management panic about anything which goes wrong and the stress flows to all below them. Very toxic work environment.

      Lunch is usually provided on breaks.

      Cons

      Terrible management and admin practices which affect both staffand customer interactions. Next to no WHS, and no concern for staff in terms of task rotation within production staff. Really poor work environment- too much office politics and favouritism which goes on. Promotion or advancement is not merit OR qualification based. Also no HR, and no accountability for internal conflict whether it be people or task related. NEVER AGAIN!

      Since the business was sold in 2016 and new management came in there has been a real shift towards innovation and listening to the customers.

      Cons

      Change and growth can be stressful at times!
