Nothing, really nothing. Maybe only their office location.
Cons
No contracts. No social insurance. No medical insurance. Very low salaries. No annual raise. No work experience. Micro management. No overtime policy, but you're being asked to work overtime. No technical guidance. No professional HR dept. No plan. No dedication to software development process, they create their chaotic process. Whenever you ask for anything regarding contracts, insurance, you get 'mashyeen fil mawdoo3' No fair internet connection.
