I am working here from long time and i got lots of oppertunity here enhance my knowledge learn a lot of things never faced any problem about work environment, work culture financial terms or any thing else.

Pros
Will get to work on really creative projects with maximum exposure, this helps me to implement my own solutions, experiment and choose best options for implementation.
Cons
There is no such downsize, management is easy approachable and understanding. Work is good and each employee is given opportunity to grow but would be great to have a large number of team members for each technology.
