I have had the quickest learning curve ever since starting here and not once have I found myself feeling overwhelmed or unequipped to tackle the problem at hand. The support within the entire team at yamo is incredibly inspiring, there's nothing we can't achieve by working together and you really feel that spirit in everything you do. Plus: It never gets boring and there's always work to do!
Cons
You have a lot of responsibility and you need to be able to find solutions fast. If you're more of a "let's wait and see" person, this place won't be the right fit for you.
