Unfortunately, contract companies end up with the short end of the stick when it comes to employing professionals working with customers/organizations that are dysfunctional and lack vision. People at zCore Business Solutions, Inc. (zCore) are generally nice people, albeit still business-focused (not employee-focused), and are very disengaged from day to day (even month-to-month) activities of their employees.
Cons
Poor employee morale . Poor employee retention demotivates the remaining employees, causing them to be much less productive than they would otherwise be. Employees do not know what is expected of them and end up feeling frustrated, which ultimately affects how well they carry out the tasks assigned to them.
