Not sure what the company culture is like now, but during my time it was extremely toxic. Company founders were very unprofessional. Would smoke drugs together on a daily basis and have frequent emotional outbursts creating a very tense atmosphere in the office. Staff treading on eggshells, at risk of being fired on the spot if you weren’t bringing the money in. Very little protection without a HR team present and promotions handed out to the most incompetent or favourites. If you are just as toxic or are a master manipulator, you will be able to cling on and carve out a very successful career at this joke of a company that models itself as a trendy startup in East London in hopes of cashing in on your non existence Shares offered as one of the company’s benefits. … and if you are a client of theirs, all the company wants is your money and the support team will just moan constantly about how dumb the clients are.
