Some members of our lovely recruitment team attended a UK Careers Fair in Manchester yesterday. It was great chatting to jobseekers about their career aspirations and how we can support them in finding an amazing role in Children's Residential Care, as well as other areas of work, at Wilderness Way. At Wilderness Way, our amazing outdoor team are not only dedicated to providing our children with unique experiences, but also our staff. Last night, some staff members braved the cold to have an evening of Night Canoeing under the stars. This was a great way to build relationships, confidence and to have a good laugh with colleagues!
