We held our annual Global Sales Meeting at our HQ in Wilton, CT! Our theme, Building for the Future, was brought to life with costumes and props throughout the week. Over 160 attendees participated in a week full of good energy and discussion around exciting things to come. We can't wait to share with you!
Happy Pride Month! Our Rainbow Stackers affinity group represented Melissa & Doug at Pride in the Park in Norwalk, CT on June 8. This was our third consecutive year participating at the event. We provided toys and activities to all who came to our booth and even raffled off some rainbow giraffes!
Employee Appreciation Week 2024 is a wrap! We spent the week celebrating our associates, creating wonderful memories and of course enjoying some delicious food across the globe! On May 22, a group of Melissa & Doug associates gathered to run and walk the Fairfield County Corporate 5K. It was a beautiful night for some exercise - we even had some kids and Veronica Rodriguez's dog join us for the event! Thanks to the team who represented us in the annual fun run this year for some screen-free FUN!

Our esteemed women leaders - Ashley Emig, Claudia D. Sandoval, Jill Iannella, Traci Mosser, and Jessica Trichilo, SHRM-SCP - hosted by Holly Guzman English, shared lessons learned, invaluable resources, and their inspiring career journeys. We also extend our heartfelt appreciation to all our talented women associates worldwide, comprising 60% of our company, and to every woman breaking barriers in the pursuit of their aspirations.
In celebration of Valentine's Day, our incredible ABC's of Wellness Affinity Group is hosting a heartwarming event: Valentine's Sweet Swap! We are sharing the sweetness by bringing our favorite treats to exchange with fellow colleagues. All associates have been invited to drop by and indulge in a delicious treat or take one home for their loved ones, ensuring that the spirit of sharing love continues.
