In January 2025, Probe CX joined forces with our people at Probe Group and Westside Community Care (WCC) to support local students in their back-to-school preparations in Springfield, QLD. As part of this effort, Probe Group team members volunteered their time during a special shopping night at Big W Orion, purchasing essential stationery supplies alongside other organisations. Probe Group also contributed significantly by donating approximately $1,000 worth of 100% recycled photocopy paper, totaling 20 boxes. The following day, the Camira Springfield Community Centre was transformed into a pop-up stationery store, where over 350 locals received much-needed school supplies. The rapid uptake of the donated paper highlights the critical need and the direct impact of the team's efforts.
