In celebration of Pride Month, Qualtrics Pride Leader Sam sits down with Global Champion for Qualtrics Pride, Wojtek, to discuss his personal journey of identity, authenticity, and involvement with Qualtrics Pride. Wojtek says, "I think that when you feel like your authentic self is when you don't have to worry about it - when you don’t really think about it. But finding and being in a community where you can be your authentic self also helps make you more resilient to tougher times." Check out more of his story, here.
June is Pride Month and our theme this year is Authenticity for All. As we drive for further inclusion and ally-ship, it’s vital we create a welcoming and inclusive environment. By celebrating pride and promoting authenticity for one group, we work to ensure individuals from all backgrounds and identities can bring their full selves to the table – Everyone deserves to live authentically. We will be sharing stories on the #QualtricsLife blog about the challenges of coming out, understanding identity, allyship, and unconscious bias. Sam, our Global Lead of QPride, is kicking us off with his story.
Laura Bairett, Qualtrics ERG chairperson for employees with disabilities, says that, “Today we celebrate Global Accessibility Awareness Day, and maintain focus on the gap that needs to be reduced for employees with disabilities all over the world.” For employees with disabilities, it’s imperative now more than ever that we all strive for a digitally accessible and inclusive world, both in and out of the working environment. Today, Qualtrics announced new accessibility features in our product, plus an accessibility guide for our employees, backed by our employee resource group for people with disabilities, Q&Able. We are committed to improving at every opportunity to remain a force for good in the world.

On January 28, Qualtrics held its 2nd annual XM (Experience Management) Day. A day for putting into action what Qualtrics is all about – experiences. Our goal is to help our customers identify and improve experience gaps with their own customers and employees. So on this day, we encourage our employees to find broken experiences in our communities and improve them, either individually or as a team. We don’t consider this a day off work, it’s a day we show up better than ever for the communities and issues we care about. You can read more about how we showed up this year, here.
For Qualtrics, culture is everything. Our mantra, TACOS - transparent, all in, customer obsessed, one team, and scrappy, guide our goals. As Matada puts it, “Qualtrics has enabled smaller teams to build their own identity while TACOS continues to be a guiding light for the company overall, helping us grow and scale successfully." Read more from Built In's great write-up on Qualtrics' culture below.
