Hector recently took on the role of Leading Associate for the Logistics second shift team and is now responsible for ensuring the trucks are properly loaded, checked off, and communication on any issues or concerns are shared with the team daily. His attention to detail and ability to streamline processes has helped to improve the workflow and order accuracy. Congratulations to Rey Sepulveda on being awarded Studco’s Best! Rey re-joined the Studco team in August (having previously worked for us in 2017) as a crane operator in the coil bay. Since returning Rey has not only improved the cleanliness and organization of the coil bay, but has been able to maintain it as well. He has worked to train new staff on how to safely operate the crane and make sure that the product is being put into the proper bin locations. Rey is always willing to help his co-workers and shows up everyday with a smile on his face and a positive attitude.
