Meet Zev Friedman, Business Development Manager for Colorado and Utah. Zev, a dynamic, results-driven professional with over 10 years of military and security experience, joined Sunstates in March 2025. As a Business Development Manager, he leverages his expertise in developing efficient security plans, client relations, and business growth to drive new opportunities. Beginning his career with the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), Zev served as a Sergeant First Class and led high-risk counterterrorism operations. He also developed training programs, honing his leadership skills early on. Following his military service, Zev transitioned to the private security sector, taking on roles such as Operations Manager and Program Manager, where he consistently elevated service quality, boosted client satisfaction, and drove measurable business outcomes. As a Director of Business Development, his efforts consistently delivered impressive results, including generating over $7 million in new sales revenue in 2024 and leading regional operations in Denver, CO.
