Each quarter we award team members from across the business who have been nominated by their colleagues for showing Virgin Flair, as they live and breathe our values. The quarterly award nominees are all then considered for the annual awards, which selects the best of the best demonstration of Virgin Flair for this year. While thousands of our team members are showing Virgin Flair in all that they do each and every day, our Annual Award winners were celebrated for their extra effort in truly going above and beyond making a difference to Virgin Australia, our people and our guests. They have demonstrated real purpose in the way they carry themselves as part of our team, and it is inspiring. From providing medical assistance onboard flights, supporting the successful launch of our Cairns-Haneda route to finding fun and creative ways to bring a little flair to our offices and customers – the stories behind our 2023 Virgin Flair winners were simply remarkable. And what’s extra special is on the night we recognise two overall winners.

PRIDE FLIGHT IS BACK! 🏳️🌈 And it's bigger and more fabulous than ever before. Not only will we double Pride Flight services to the World Pride and Sydney Mardi Gras, in 2023, we will add flights from Adelaide, Perth and San Francisco (via United Airlines!).
