I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Marshalls (Lawrenceville, GA) in Jan 2013
Interview
I received a call for an interview a week ahead of time. I went to the interview and was asked basic questions, i.e. "Tell me a time that..." I was told that I would receive a call if I had been hired a week and a half later.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
None of the questions were particularly unique or difficult. It's always a good idea to have some scenarios were you've helped someone in a previous job, etc. in mind before an interview.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Marshalls
Interview
Pretty short and straight to the point. Ask you basic scenarios, past work experiences, all that good stuff. They also ask technical questions like are you a us citizen and what not. But overall super easy.
The interview process was quite easy and the interviewers were nice. There was a 10 minute phone screening and then a 20 minute interview with the manager at the store location.
Applied in person then got a call back for an interview. Interview was short and easy, great part time work for students or someone looking for extra money. Only downside is shifts aren’t consistent.
