I applied online. I interviewed at Red Lobster (Palm Coast, FL) in Jan 2013
Interview
Applied online, got email days later saying they had open position for dishwasher and to call within two days and speak to mgr. I decided just to show up, check out the environment, meet the staff, make an impression. All for nothing...

Question 1
The first manager I dealt with was friendly though I could tell he was kind of annoyed that he had to come out and deal with me in person. The mgr I was supposed to interview with didn't bother coming out which I should have gotten the clue, we did make an interview for the following week. So I came back and finally met the manager for the kitchen, conversational interview, when I explained my previous kitchen work he made some comments about the food I used to cook saying how much he hated that food which kinda rubbed me the wrong way...I applied for all the positions in the kitchen and the dishwasher job was open, it is the lowest rung on the ladder but being out of work 4 years I'll take anything, besides it's an easy job I've done in the past. Unfortunately it seemed the mgr was miffed why I'd be applying for that position when my skills were well beyond what was necessary. I just wanted a foot in the door, but I wasn't invited to enter...
I applied online. I interviewed at Red Lobster (Texarkana, TX) in Dec 2022
Interview
Scheduled an online appointment just to go and find out the job wasn’t available. They could’ve at least told me prior. Waste of gas and time. I’m not really sure how their actual process is.

I applied online. I interviewed at Red Lobster in July 2022
Interview
The interview process was very smooth and quick. It was not stressful and also very laid back. I was asked basic interview questions and then after filled out the on boarding paperwork.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Red Lobster (Concord, NC) in May 2022
Interview
It was easy, being honest with the GM also helped a long way, about the pay and benefits, and also about experience. Nothing that’s personal, or anything. Just a nice and friendly interview.
