Filled out an application online, received a phone call two days later. Interviewed a couple days after that. Interview started with a coffee tasting and a conversation about my past experience and qualifications. Availability was also confirmed. Was offered the job at end of interview following a 5-7 day background check.

After applying online they invited me for an online interview that was a group interview then the next stage would have been a one to one digital interview over zoom.

What's a difficult customer interaction you've had?
The interview was short and straight forward. They ask about availability and previous employment. No complicated questions. The interviews take place in the cafe of one of the starbucks stores.

They asked how I would handle fast paced environments
very easy and straightforward, they did a coffee tasting and was asked to describe the coffee taste. They focus on customer service, and knowing starbucks slang and the company goals is always a plus
