What is working from home like at Bunnings Warehouse?

Internal communication is shockingly bad, Leaders and manager will say the support you but will not action or help until it reflects badly on them and they will then reprimand after their inaction

I love working here! Why? The team is amazing - not just my immediate team but the broader team members across our national support office in Melbourne are really collaborative. It's a really exciting business to be a part of - fast paced and keeps me busy and on my toes with lots of great challenges! The office environment is fun and vibrant and inclusive. The focus on TEAM is like nothing I have ever seen in any other organisation I have worked in. I really appreciate the hybrid working - 3 days in the office with the opportunity work from home a couple of days also. I've had some great opportunities with my career so far and also with future development. It's a growing business and really a great brand to be a part of! And yes....we often have sausage sizzles at work!

I am struggling to think of a negative side.....I wish there were more free onsite car parks! That's probably about it!

- The codebase still needs a lot of work, although it’s slowly improving over time. - Career progression and promotions tend to be quite slow. - Office location doesn’t have many food options nearby.
