Management has no vision, things are not planned well. They do not have a vision about their product and do not know it will work or not. Looks like management is trying to balance the expenses by laying off the people without much growth in business.
First they force people to work day and night and prepond deliverables and fire them. I see one funny thing few five star review on glassdoor
