How are the career development opportunities at Mars?

Not enough fans or airflow in the factory making it difficult to work during warmer days.

People here are friendly and willing to teach.

Only downside is that the company has a lot of contract workers and the current role that I'm in there is no career progression and no chance to convert into full time regardless how long of working.
