What is the salary like at NVIDIA?

WLB is team dependent and can be hit or miss.

The pay is good when compared with other tech companies. The benefits are amazing, including strong 401(k) matching, solid insurance plans, and very good life insurance coverage.

The career growth opportunities are not good at all and WLB is really bad.

Many internal software tools have not seen a lot of investment over the years and can be painful to work with. Some teams/management a bit disorganized with unclear goals, expectations, and responsibilities.
