I have been working at NVIDIA full-time

    Pros

    - I have worked in many big tech companies in the past but Nvidia is different and its own charm. Great engineers work here. It is growing exponentially.
    - R&D oriented, Advance technology, Future vision. Quality over Quantity.
    - Good medical benifits, food, 401K, office shuttles.
    - Strong leadership.
    - Pay for performance culture.

    Cons

    - All bonus in the form of RSUs only.
    - Getting to SC office is taking more time these days due to traffic.

    Advice to Management

    - Management should motivate employees to get new technology training. Workload doesn't allow it.

    Interview

I apply via hiring agency. They provided preliminary test which contain basic graphic related questions (Such as resolution, shadowing, textures) which you should answer online. Next day after preliminary test I received a phone call to arrange on site interview.
On site interview is good, they give some time to rest before actual interview and than they start asking general questions (ice break). After that interviewer start asking technical questions.
Questions are not difficult but you have to prepare.
    Some math questions.
Graphic and pixels questions (Transparency, decals, shadowing etc)
Interviewer was extremely friendly and helpful.
