Great place - everyone is supportive - Senior Software Engineer NVIDIA Employee Review

I'm relatively new, but the place is great. They care about the employees but the place is still professional. Everyone is very friendly, supportive and always helpful. The recruiters were great but they were open during the interviews they want to preserve the great culture they have, which is apparent. The company is full of smart people who are great to be around and the IT systems are modern, well integrated and just work. The main building even has a wine bar and great relaxing and get away from it areas. The company is egalitarian so that no-one has a private office - right up to the CEO. The company is not overbearing with lawyers or policies - common sense prevails.
