      Pros

Short 4 hour shifts unless it's a holiday or you are a manager/lead. Easy work, meditative and rhythmic. I had a really great experience with all of my coworkers and management.

      Cons

Not many opportunities to move up or get a raise. Unlivable wage and hours. You'll need a second job.

      Cons

Credit cards will push you and cut your hours if you don't get any. can never stay with one managing team No position to move up favorites unprofessional no pay raise horrible training can never have a full staff Very stingy and greedy company. Lack of communication lazy team discount is a rip off

      Business outlook

      Pros

      nice people to work with

      Cons

heavy workload, bad salaries for years of contribution, promotions and good performance wont help you increase your pay

Yes for the Discount, No for the Hours

      Fitting room lead
      Former employee
      Joliet, IL
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

The discount was great, until they cut half of the things that we were able to get a discount off on (basically anything that was a part of the Everyday Magic), also being able to go to other stores (volunteer) but still being able to get paid.

      Cons

When I first started, I was being paid $9.25 and then it slowly went up as they increased the IL minimum wage but the management team was all over the place due to the constant change. We had people who have worked countless hours and yet will get paid so low to the point where our district manager had to get involved with the pay increase. Management will also ask employees to either stay later or leave earlier due to the sales (aka either they can or cannot afford to keep the person working their that day). My biggest thing is that they will keep a person at one section even if they are asking multiple times to work in a different area.
