I’m thrilled to join Pitney Bowes and be part of this amazing team! My hiring process was exceptional from start to finish. The talent acquisition team guided me every step of the way, providing clear communication and being highly responsive and considerate of my time. It was one of the best interview experiences I’ve had. After accepting my offer, my manager and the HR team stayed in close contact, ensuring I had all the necessary information for my start date and first day. They made sure I was set up for success from day one. Since joining, I’ve truly enjoyed my time here. It’s an exciting period for Pitney Bowes, and being able to contribute to the company’s success makes coming to work each day incredibly rewarding.

Coming in 4 days a week seems like a lot these days, but other than that...no complaints!

If you are someone with prior IT experience and mechanical skills, this is one of the best jobs you can possibly find. I feel fulfilled in helping clients, and it’s flexible, allowing me to expand my mind further at the same time, applying my self-teaching techniques in the real world.

Fears about job security, especially as a new hire, unsure about the new CEO plus the current state of the economy, constantly fearing that I’ll lose this career I love, and am so grateful for.

-Coworkers are friendly and easy to get along with for the most part

-Company is currently under the scrutiny of Hestia, an activist investor, and the ecommerce business unit is still not profitable

For a long while PB was a great place to work. They allowed remote work which allowed my family to relocate where we wanted to. Also I was encourage to come up with solutions.

The new ownership seems set on profit only. I was part of 400+ people that were recently layed-off. I feel they did not look closely at the skill sets needed to continue the high level of output they had been getting. I people I know who are left are having a hard time figuring out the direction they need to go.
