Pros
For a long while PB was a great place to work. They allowed remote work which allowed my family to relocate where we wanted to. Also I was encourage to come up with solutions.
Cons
The new ownership seems set on profit only. I was part of 400+ people that were recently layed-off. I feel they did not look closely at the skill sets needed to continue the high level of output they had been getting. I people I know who are left are having a hard time figuring out the direction they need to go.
