Truly Self-Focused Management and No Care for Employees

Pros

Great environment to learn and be pushed very hard. You will enhance your skills. Non-management employees are so friendly, hardworking, and dedicated.

Cons

-CEO is a typical mask faced corporate product; would not admit truth, has failed to lift the company performance even thought he has had 5 years, and resorts to fire hard working employees for his failure. -Management (90%) are truly a bunch of self-focused uncaring people. They pull every bit out of you and never appreciate it. You only exist to benefit them. They always blame others for their own lacking. -Old-school environment and thought process. Old processes and systems they cannot replace because they are performing poorly on a global scale. -Cost cutting and downsizing left right and centre. Company has been shrinking for 4 years. So many redundancies. -Don't believe the job adverts that says "We do the right thing the right way." They let long terms employees go 3 days before Christmas because they want to save on the public holiday payment. -

Constant Restructures, Lack of Direction, and Loss of Great Talent

Pros

Pros: Some truly talented and dedicated colleagues who care about their work. Decent flexibility depending on the team. Working from home. Opportunities to learn multiple roles (often out of necessity due to constant turnover).

Cons

Cons: Highly unstable — constant restructures, layoffs, and shifting priorities. Leadership lacks real connection to day-to-day operations; often more focused on corporate buzzwords than actionable plans. Someone was leaving almost every week, many of them voluntarily — usually the most skilled and experienced staff is actively looking for another job. The company struggled to retain top talent while holding on to underperformers, which affected team morale and productivity. Advancement or even job security often depended more on being agreeable to whoever was temporarily in charge, rather than on actual performance or results. Reported to four different managers in a couple of years, lack of continuity and clear direction.

Pros

If you are lucky enough to get parking enjoy bird poo on your car every day for good luck.

Cons

Manipulation to the highest degree. Running the business like they are broke.
