      Pros

Work from home, good salary, 5 day working, rotational week offs, day shift ( mstly)

      Cons

The company implements a rigorous probationary period characterized by suboptimal employee training methodologies. New hires undergo three weeks of theoretical training, followed by an immediate two-week buddy-up period. During this time, employees are expected to begin working on cases from the first day after theoretical training. While buddies offer support, the limited timeframe prevents comprehensive clarification of procedural doubts. Shift schedules are subject to change based on trainer and buddy availability. Following the two-week buddy-up, employees are expected to work independently. While they may manage basic cases, they are likely to encounter difficulties with complex cases due to a lack of prior exposure. Buddy assistance is primarily limited to cases previously worked upon. It is common for employees, particularly during probation, to work an additional 2-3 hours daily to meet performance targets, as their foundational knowledge may be insufficient to complete all tasks within regular shift hours. Leave policies are highly restrictive, subject to numerous rules that, if violated, can lead to unapproved leave requests and unpaid days. Such instances may result in further disciplinary action, potentially impacting one's probation or employment status. Three types of leave are available: sick leave, casual leave, and annual leave. Annual leave, while having fewer restrictions, can still be rejected if Workforce Management (WFM) determines that staffing levels are not met, which frequently occurs. Casual leave, despite being an entitlement, cannot be combined with weekend offs, public holidays, or other leave types. Doing so will result in rejection and further action, potentially leading to the forfeiture of all accrued leave. In most scenarios, supporting documentation is required, and failure to provide it will result in rejection. Week-offs are rotational, becoming fixed only during the probationary period before reverting to a rotational schedule. Given the remote work arrangement, interaction with team members is minimal. Contact is primarily limited to the Team Leader, typically concerning performance. No incentive programs are offered; compensation is strictly limited to the amount specified in the offer letter. In conclusion, the only flexibility offered is the ability to work remotely; all other policies are rigid and may present challenges.

      Pros

The only pro in this company was the salary and if you get a good manager that is a perk as well. Other than that, there was nothing good, as this is a fast paced company and processes change every single day.

      Cons

      - Rotational shift that can start from any time, be it 12 AM in the night or 3 AM in the night. - Everything is fair after putting the term ''Business needs'', they can schedule you on a mandatory off day as well.

      Pros

The salary is significantly higher than the average for similar roles. Revolut offers a genuine work-from-home policy, which is a massive perk compared to other companies returning to on-site work (although if you prefer, you can go to the office). If you put in the work, growth happens fast. I transitioned from a simple support role much quicker than I anticipated. Hard work is consistently noticed. My performance and contributions were always recognised by my Team Lead and in performance reviews (bonus). The work mindset here is strong and high-energy. Makes the hard work feel natural and motivating.

      Cons

While my schedule improved as I grew, starting out with rotating shifts and night work can be a challenge for work-life balance (mainly support roles). The "Get It Done" hard-working mindset is great for growth but can be intense for those not prepared for a high-performance culture.

      Business outlook

      Pros

      1. Remote work. 2. One of the highest salaries in Indian market 3. You can grow fast if you maintain your KPIs properly 4. Good increment for leveling up. 5. Friendly colleagues and leaders. 6. High night shift allowance compared to other companies in the Indian market. 7. You will get respect from colleges and leaders, all behave friendly irrespective of their role. 8. Yearly gifts for various occasions.

      Cons

      1. Very difficult to get emergency leaves, even if it is genuine you have to provide proof which is sometimes not possible so you have to sacrifice your health and family responsibilities for work. 2. Hectic scheduling, different schedules within a single week, for example if you are working at morning hours one day it can be the night hours as well tomorrow. 3. Strict KPI targets which are sometimes impossible to achieve, even though higher management is aware of it, still they will expect you to achieve those KPIs somehow.

WFH, good position on cv, working tools provided forthe job, some people make this job bearable

      Cons

rotating shifts, KPIs are impossible to achieve, You get a general training, after that you're on your own, qc checks are crueless, 1 fail per 20 cases passed and you failed you quality kpi, you're expected to be a robot, no tolerance for a bad week can feel lack of stability, it's hard not to think about the job work culture and management is a bad joke, team meetings are all about getting more work done non target activities do not lower your daily target - if you spent 3 hours on trainings and meeting this does not change the fact that you're expected to do your daily quantity - which ends up in unpaid overtime ¯\(ツ)/¯
