Following the two-week buddy-up, employees are expected to work independently. While they may manage basic cases, they are likely to encounter difficulties with complex cases due to a lack of prior exposure. Buddy assistance is primarily limited to cases previously worked upon. It is common for employees, particularly during probation, to work an additional 2-3 hours daily to meet performance targets, as their foundational knowledge may be insufficient to complete all tasks within regular shift hours. Leave policies are highly restrictive, subject to numerous rules that, if violated, can lead to unapproved leave requests and unpaid days.
