Does Uniqlo offer massages?

Pros

-30 % off - up to 80% house allowance - You can earn a lot extra (If you love overtime )

Cons

IF YOU RESPECT YOURSELF JUST DON’T WORK THEIR..... I’m so glad to get out of this Global bla bla trap. During my UMC program I thought a lot to write all totally all details and help others not to make mistake. Back to the past, I tried to see true reviews but couldn’t find any so decide to write all. It’s what I felt and see maybe it depends on location and store so don’t expect exactly same scenario. CORPORATE CULTURE: - AWFUL CULTURE . These people really think YANAI as their GOD, from your first day they give two you books “how to be business leader” and “how to be Manager” which you have to believe it’s your next bible in this company and other people are just slaves for him. If you tell Anything totally anything with reference from this book they believe they think you’re good SLAVE. - Book is mostly about how you should work hard for him and generate income. ( I think he is one of the greedy person in the world. ) - This company is not international at all. They are trying but fail for years. —Whole company think they are changing world. Without them people can’t find any good clothes. Everyone is same. If you have doubts just ask anyone these questions below : - Why they are working? - Why UNIQLO - What do they want to do in future? I’m 100% sure, they start talking Yanai’s mission “change the world by making truly innovative clothes” FUTURE CAREER OPPORTUNITIES: - I have looked for international managers in japan but their is not single. (Not Korean or Chinese true international ) - Since they start their UMC program not a single international manager. (Since 2005) Can you imagine ?? - If you want to apply inside opportunities their answer is you don’t have enough experience (You’re not good slave yet) - I’m have seen many people who work more than 10 years with college degree are not even assistant store manager. - If you become manager after 10 years corporate suck your blood to generate more income. Salary : In japan it’s same when you start as a new graduate. 210000 ¥ after tax you receive 165000¥ And they pay your house rent up to 80% Overtime: Ohhh all story starts here lol : Don’t think you don’t do overtime. It’s Japanese Japanese company so they make you do it. You may ask how ? Believe me they make such a environment so you by yourself start doing it. What if you don’t do ? - Your ASM score will be so low - No one helps you during job - Mostly everyone makes faces or start mumbling - Your manger tells you do it Basically you’re overtime hours: March - June - 10 hours maximum August - November- 50-70 hours December - January 160-180 hours Your life will be hell during winter season. Believe me you work more than 13 hours a day. Your life will be so dark and pessimistic so you start feeling you’re true slave. Public holidays and weekends : You work those days. Don’t think you can take day off. NO NO NO Funny story: during new year Yanai sends everyone a latter about how he proud you work hard you’re actually CHANGING WORLD. With one ice cream each person. (SHAME ON YOU ) In a short try to avoid this company and look for better opportunities for yourself.

Advice to Management

Does Uniqlo offer dental insurance?

Pros

You'll find some of the best coworkers and built some good work ethic here. It's a good job if you're just looking for some work experience, but whether it's worth it to continue moving up in the company is up to your store and the managers you deal with. Full time benefits are great (good health insurance, good pto).

Cons

Hours are absolutely nuts. If you're part time, forget it. You're just getting screwed over to work full time hours with none of the benefits. Nepotism is absolutely rampant so be sure to kiss up to everyone if you want to even think about being put up for promotion. Good managers are far and few between, they usually leave before long because they want to keep their soul.

Full time benefits are great (good health insurance, good pto).
