Does Walmart offer massages?

Pros

Before WFH, office facilities and perks like free food, cabs, gaming area, gym etc

Cons

Rating system if not up to the mark. Even if your contributions have benefitted the company in a lot of ways and if your 360 peer feedback is great, managers can give you bad ratings forcing you to leave if you are not on good terms with the managers.

Advice to Management

Follow the guiding principles of Sam Walton

Does Walmart offer dental insurance?

Pros

Great benefits such as 41k and health/ dental insurance,Sick and holiday pay using pto.Alot of room to grow in this company as far as career advancement. Aso helps with school needs and resources to get a degree.

Cons

Doesn't always offer proper training and proper resources as far as tools to get the job done. Associate are often thrown in the fire so to speak and have to learn from experience. Associate morale is not priority, yes they do offer surveys to check up on your mood every day but nothing more other then that. Make guidelines to company standards ( Walmarts one best way) most store dont follow them at all.

Advice to Management

Value the associates, I get it is a business a busy one at that , but respect the individuals that work there they are the back bone to the company success. Dont look at associates as ants that can be replaced.

Does Walmart offer life insurance?

Pros

Great insurance benefits and plenty of time off

Cons

Too much pressure to work harder and harder. Micromanaging. If you are not one of management's favorites, you will never get a requested day off or promotion. Only a few got raises. Some management was verbally abusive, lots of attitude.

Advice to Management

We are only human, not machines.

Does Walmart offer a wellness program?

Pros

Good benefits and programs, large number of departments to grow or jump over to.

Cons

Larger company, so metrics are king. Diversity and inclusion is something they are working on, but is more prevalent in some departments more than others. Leadership is what you make it. If you seek them out, there are individuals invested in helping. (Even if outside your department)

Advice to Management

Learn how to build relationships with the ever growing scope of demographics that are being recruited.

Good benefits and programs, large number of departments to grow or jump over to.
