once you apply online you have to wait until the job actually calls you back. that process can take up to 2-3 days. then you schedule an interview with the service manager. you come in dressed and you sit down for a while before any body talks to you. My interview was mistakenly scheduled a different day then i wanted. I ended up talkin to the club manager and convincing him that i'm a good fit and i ended being employed the next day.

It was comfortable and conversational, interviewed by two managers. The process began when I came in person to drop off my resume. I had an interview scheduled for the next day.

Came early, waited a bit due to a situation at the gym with a member. Met with the operations manager, and discussed job responsibilities and how they ran that particular gym.

It was a brief interview, and there were no challenging questions. I could answers all the questions quickly. They asked me if I can be flexible to work in other areas such as the kids club.
