Super basic interview questions, they honestly just want to see that you care about people and fitness. As long as you showcase this and they think you would vibe well will in the facility, you’ll be fine!
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at 24 Hour Fitness (Los Angeles, CA) in Oct 2025
Interview
I was early at 1:45 to a 2pm group interview. General Manager said we'll start at 2pm, left the building to get a starbucks drink, came back 10 minutes late after 2pm, was on her phone talking to someone while a member wanted to cancel her membership with her. No signs of professionalism or customer service what so ever.

Interview
3 Rounds. First round was a group interview with 4 other people. 2nd round was with a GM, and the 3rd was with the Assistant GM. 1st round was pretty extensive.
Interview process was structured and overall great! Basic interview questions like what are your strengths/weaknesses, why this role, why did you choose 24, etc... Whole process took about 30 minutes and heard back from them very quickly.
