Virtual Interview was great. Both managers on the zoom link seemed genuinely interested in my resume. They ask quantitative questions and allow time for the candidate to ask questions of them at the end. You are sent a list of questions by the recruiter and they seemed to ask directly after that. long process. Phone interview, online assessment, 2 on site interviews and a final phone interview. the phone interview was pretty much "tell me about a time when" situations and they were just writing things down. The in person interviews were more personal and also very laid back. I never felt intimidated but very welcome.
