HR person explained the role, company , compensation package. They then set up an interview with the Director of the department. I spent an hour with director on a virtual interview. I was ghosted after that. I followed up and HR rep advised that they would get back to me as they were interviewing many candidates, and that they would let me know either way. Then silence.
