      Manager Role Interview

      10 Oct 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at ADP in Oct 2025

      Interview

Phone call with HR as an initial screen. First impressions was a lot of red flags on culture. Don’t allow you choose your own days at home and won’t consider as part of a flexible request. I was grilled on how long it would take me to get to the office after/before school runs to try to make coming in the office work - it doesn’t, which is my request to have fixed WFH days is reasonable. No wish to proceed after this! Gives off vibe of micromanaging and lack of trust. Dictated to as to shift times too. Very backwards

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

What time would you get to the office after school drop off and what time do you need to leave to get there for school pick up?
