First there will be a phone interview which was taken by Human Resource Business Partner. That person will evaluate your work experience. If you match then they will forward an assesment link through mail. Followed by technical round.

I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ADP (Hyderābād) in Aug 2016

Interview

It was pretty straight forward interview. As I was a fresh grad then, the interviewer covered all the courses of my study. There was a voice round too after all other rounds are completed

Questions were asked from Databases, Computer Network, OOPS. Having strong basics will be very helpful

Interview

Aptitude test, 2 Technical Rounds and 1 HR round. All were held on the same day for me. Aptitude test consists of basics of C, C++ and Java questions too
