After 3 interviews, I received a rejection email. I felt pretty confident about it, but it happens. What I didn't appreciate was when I asked for feedback, I didn't get a response back. My follow-up email was ignored as well. I had higher expectations from ADP.

The first two interviews were very easy and informal. The recruiter was very easy to talk to, one of the best recruiters I spoke with. The 2nd interview was with a man who is in charge of the "manager" I would've been working under. He was also super nice and transparent. Then came the 3rd interview, I had the worst possible experience with the two AE regional managers. They were rude and completely destroyed all the good vibes I had for the company. Send them a follow-up email to see if I got the job, waited for a response and got ghosted. Literally a waste of my time just to get ghosted. Do not bother applying for this job.
