The 1st phase was face to face and went very well. - he had a vision. Was recommended to proceed with the 2nd Phase of interviewing. On the 2nd phase was interviewed by two gentlemen, who will not be in this location or direct managers. I told them about myself and my achievements, but the questions they asked were not related to the position they where hiring. Did not review the positions requirements and asked any specific questions against my skills and experience. I strongly believe they did not represent the core value that ADP advertises in innovation and thinking out of the box. These gentlemen have been doing this for over 8 years in the same industry and are set in their ways and not trained in looking for real talent and potential. More of a complacent candidate. I guess they don't want to train.
