I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ADP (Pune) in June 2012
Interview
A test with three sections - 1 Hour
1) Quantitative n reasoning MCQs
2) Computer efficiency (coding perspective) MCQs
3) Written Question
Test was followed by an interview, in which they cleared that they did not want experienced candidate. So that was it!
The exact position for which they were hiring was not disclosed at first.
Thought salary offered was good.
I would like to praise ADP for 1 thing - They follow the time as per the schedule. Unlike other companies which makes you sit for hours during the interview process. ==> Don't be late, they won't entertain you in that case.
There are 2 rounds and first one is technical and asked mainly about writing sql queries and python programming questions and 2nd question was mix of technical and aptitude questions
The interview process is a structured method a company uses to assess a candidate's skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for a role and typically includes stages like company research, phone screening, interviews (often multiple), potential skill assessments, and candidate evaluations.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
reverse of a string without using build in functions
Technically good but decline without any notice. Company culture is good. Interviewer seems to be knowledgeable and helpful. 3 rounds of interviews were there and I have passed 3 rounds still they have declined
