Low pressure and friendly, felt more like a conversation then an interview. Had to do an initial phone screening followed by a panel interview and included a role play session.

What makes you a better candidate then others applying for this job?
First interview with is with HR, the second interview is with the hiring manager - Expect role play and technical questions, situational. Lastly there is an interview with the VP of sales.

Haven’t heard back yet, heard there will be a fourth round of interview if last one went well
