Applied online, phone interview with college recruiter, then interviewed with the division VP and Project Lead. The phone interviewer was very helpful and informative throughout the process. The VP wasn't too talkative and seemed to not really care. The Project Lead was awesome. They asked behavioral and open ended questions.
