From the first phone interview to the second phone interview, I found both young ladies to be very professional, on time and did not rush the interview. They allowed time for Q & A, gave complete and honest answers and told you exactly what the next steps would be. I found my experience so far to be quite refreshing and almost a new found experience as most, well lets see...... rattle on and on about themselves or their company leaving little time to determine ones qualifications. To this end, I must say the prize would go to the young lad who believe it or not... actually read from a script ..... at one point when he came up for air I asked, " is that all?", of which he replied yes, they only gave me 42 questions to ask. So to say the least, my experience so far with ADP has been quite delightful and I am looking forward to concluding this eposide of my interviewing journy with them of which hopefully will end in a positive.
