I applied for the position online. About two days after I applied I received an email asking me to complete a more thorough application which would be used for my background check if I were offered the position. A couple of days after that I received an offer for a phone interview which was set for a week later. About two weeks later I received a call from another recruiter to schedule a face to face interview with the hiring manager which was set for another week out. The office was quiet, but the administrative assistant was very friendly. A second manager came in to sit in on my interview. I found out later that I was lucky because if she hadn't, I would have had to come in for a 2nd interview with her. Both of the interviewers were pleasant and easy-going. They welcomed questions and made sure that I knew exactly what the position entailed. They also made sure to clarify questions they had on feedback given to them by the recruiter. I received a call about a week later offering me the position. It took 5 weeks from application to offer and another week for the background check.
