I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Williamsville, NY)
Interview
Overall a fairly pleasant and organized interview process that mimicks other's experiences with the company:
10/23 Applied for position
10/29 Received emailed invitation to complete a more detailed, Online application
10/30 Phone interview
11/15 In-person interview with hiring manager
11/13 Follow-up phone interview (at this point, I was advised that it would be several weeks before I'd be contacted)
12/2 Received offer
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I was asked specific questions about my experience and skills that were applicable to the position. There were quite a few behavioral questions like: "Name a time when you had to deal with a conflict with a co-worker - what did you do and what was the result."
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at ADP (Augusta, GA)
Interview
It took forever to get hired on, even with internal referrals. The interview was intimidating as I had to sit across from 3 managers. It was kind of awkward and they made me feel like I was on trial.
In person and straight forward; welcoming environment Just wanting to know your background and experience Few situational/ behavioral questions Ask questions to show your genuine interest to be there Received offer letter following day after interview

Question 1
Tell me about yourself. Are you comfortable working overtime during tax season (2.5 months of black out period)?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Halifax, NS) in July 2022
Interview
Platform used was very easy to use to coordinate with interviewers. Initially intimidating however the interviewers tried their best to give a decent scope of the work. Generally a smooth process.
