I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ADP (Tampa, FL) in June 2014
Interview
First interview step involved a series of 8 basic questions you should expect to hear through Hirevue. The next process involved a face-to-face interview w/ the VP of sales. Some of the questions he asked included 3 traits that describe yourself, why should we hire you, what are your 2 weaknesses, explain a situation that did not go according to plan, etc.

Question 1
The VP of sales who I interviewed with was not looking for a conversation. The thing that through me off the most with the interview process is that he did not even once go over my resume. The hardest question that he asked was "What are your 2 weaknesses?"
Process included a phone screen with the recruiter, an interview with the VP of sales, a top performing employee interview and finally a manager panel with a sales role play scenario and behavioral questions.

Question 1
They asked me to walk through a sales role play where I was an ADP rep pitching payroll services to a small bagel shop referred by an existing client.
Do not recommend, had to go in the field shadowing someone for a full work day, get back to the office at 4:30, do an interview with a rude manager that seemed like they did not want to be there.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Atlanta, GA) in Sept 2025
Interview
Phone interview -> Interview with VP of Sales -> Multiple in-person interviews with two separate panels of Sales Executives.
The team was great, responsive, and a fresh of breath air.
