I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ADP (Parsippany, NJ)
Interview
They played mind games throughout the entire interview. The primary interviewer wasn't mentally present, kept playing with her hair, and was very adversarial. The observer, whom I got the distinct sense was the real boss, was much more professional, appeared to listen to and interact with my answers to their questions, and asked insightful followups.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Milwaukee, WI) in Aug 2025
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me telling me about two open positions. One was for BD and the other was for AM. He set up an interview with the hiring manager to determine what the best fit was for me. The first thing the hiring manager said was they didn't currently have any openings but wanted to interview for the future. While I appreciate the manager was upfront, the recruiter was not.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at ADP (Norfolk, VA)
Interview
The event was seamless, straightforward, and highly efficient—a well-organized mass hiring opportunity that delivered quick results and clarity for all attendees. It hit the mark perfectly, providing easy access to multiple career options.
