I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ADP (Sunnyside, NY) in Mar 2010
Interview
Contacted by a contract recruiter to find out if I was interested in the job and when I said yes, was sent math/personality assessment test. Took test and received email from recruiter that night congratulating me on my high score. Was told my resume would be forwarded to hiring team for consideration.
Never heard back from hiring team or received a response from recruiter when I emailed her several weeks later to find out whether there was any interest in me for this position.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at ADP (New York, NY)
Interview
I applied online and someone emailed me right away about an interview. I was able to schedule an interview online and the recruiter called me. When I applied for the job I was under the impression that it was a job in recruiting but they were recruiting for sales. She told me about the annual salary with and without commission. There was a HUGE gap. She also gave me a chance to ask about questions.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Dallas, TX) in Aug 2015
Interview
It was good. The recruiter was very nice and straightforward and thoughtfully answered all of my questions that I had. They do a great job as far as due diligence on a candidiate. My 2nd interview was a face to face interview with my manager, the VP, and another manager all in this division of ADP. The field ride is very helpful to see what the job entails.
