I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Pittsburgh, PA) in Sept 2021
Interview
It was very hard to inteview here. HR is great but everyone else seemed hard to work with. The Managers were hard to talk to and hard to get ahold of. One set up an interview with me and "forgot about it" and another decieded to text me from their personal phone. All together unprofessional and unorganized.

Question 1
They asked me if I was agressive enough for a sales position.

I interviewed at ADP (Pittsburgh, PA)
Interview
Phone interview, then video interview, then in person. Make sure you complete the "homework" they assign you prior to each interview stage. Otherwise it's not a terribly difficult process. I had to do a role play call in my in-person interview, but again it wasn't bad.
Easy process - phone interview and In-person. Spoke with the recruiter first and then with the VP of sales before the in person. In person was with 3 sales executives.
Come prepared the recruiter definitely will set you up because in the end they get paid on you getting hired. Take a day or two to at least prepare for it and wear a suit if you’re a male female business suit works well too go in confident with enthusiasm and high energy
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They want you to report a failure and a success in your recent job experience preferably something to do with sales as this is a sales career job.
